    Clean Bedding
    Change your pillowcase and sheets to keep your skin free from bacteria and potential irritants.

    Gentle Skincare Routine
    Stick to hydrating, soothing products and avoid exfoliating for at least 3 days. This allows your skin to fully absorb the facial’s benefits.

    Hands Off
    Try not to touch your face to prevent transferring dirt or bacteria onto your skin.

    Stay Hydrated
    Drink plenty of water to keep your skin hydrated and to help flush out toxins.

    Avoid Heavy Makeup
    Let your skin breathe by avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours post-treatment.

    Skip the Heat
    Avoid hot showers, saunas, and intense exercise for the next 24 hours to prevent irritation.

    • Stimulate 2-3 times a day (or during triggers)

    • Be gentle when cleaning
