Energy healing is like a massage for your aura.
Physical, mental and emotional stresses can impact our energy field and vice-versa. This energy is always moving and changing with each movement, thought and breath, but it’s the deeper blocks in our energy that need clearing, so you can come back to harmony. Once cleared, you’ll understand the importance of EH Sessions.

My energy healing sessions are designed with a blend of sound and energy healing, in a safe and sācred setting, blessed and cleared before each session and filled with essential oils, sounds and peace, helping you reach deep cellular relaxation, rejuvenation, and balance.

Allow yourself to unwind and restore as we recalibrate your body's energy system to a state of harmony.

  • 60 minute energy assessment intro session

    An introduction to you and how we can tailor these sessions to your needs. We’ll go over your main concerns, root causes, blocks in each layer; the physical body, mental, emotional and in your energy field.

    This is your time to ask any questions, and for me to take an initial reading of your energy field to get a grasp on our starting point, and choosing the best session plan we should go with.
